RM57L843: Does RM57Lx device support SRAM Address & Control Parity self test

Hi,

By checking safety library source code, we don't find the test option "SRAM_PAR_ADDR_CTRL_SELF_TEST" is included by macro definition "_RM57Lx_".

Can you help confirm whether or not this test is suppported by RM57L843?

Yes, "SRAM_PAR_ADDR_CTRL_SELF_TEST" will not support in RM57L843.

Hi Jagadish，

By reading TRM, it seems the test is supported by R5F device.

But why did you not implement it for RM57Lx device(RM57x also belongs to R5F devices)?

I mean i don't see any direct code for the "SRAM_PAR_ADDR_CTRL_SELF_TEST" in diagnostic library.

Actually ESM 3.15 is equivalent to the "SRAM_PAR_ADDR_CTRL_SELF_TEST"

What's the document you get the capture from? I don't find fault ESM 3.15 defined in sl_types.h.

The capture is from the datasheet.

Yes, this is not implemented in safe TI diagnostic library.
