TM4C1294NCPDT: Using EK-TM4C1294XL to program TM4C1294NCPDT micro controller of other device .

I am designing a board that will include a TM4C1294NCPDT  for my project , I want to program these board using EK-TM4C1294Xl .

How to use EK-TM4C1294XL kit to program other devices ?
