Hi,

I am experimenting the Isw2 level6 of PMSM with DRV8301. The DRV_GAIN was set to 10.

I was able to slowly increase the load but as the current reaches 3 to 4 amps the LED 6 error activates and the motor stops.  Not sure why I get this error as the board was designed for 60amps.

Pl help me on how to progress further.

    Similar problem. WHen I set DRV_GAIN to 10, and try to start the motor at "lsw=1" mode, the IqRef cannot exceed 0.5, otherwise it won't start and the red LED will on.

    I was measuring the DC current input at the same time. it was under 10 A for sure. (with IqRef=0.5)

    Anyone can give more info on the OC protection mechanism?
