MSP-FET: MSP-FET not working... upgrading from using FR2355 evaluation boards

Hi All

We have just purchased MSP-FET as an upgrade to using FR2355 evaluation boards a hijacking the internal MSP-FET.

However no luck, the device is not read by the computer with a Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) message... clearly Code composer does not see any FET attached..

I am assuming we have a faulty device? It is fresh out of the box.
