MSP-FET: MSP FET driver problem

I am unable to paste screen shot mention below is the error.

Device driver software was not successfully installed.

1.Which operating system do you use?

Ans: Windows 7 Enterprise.

2. Can you please provide the serial number of the MSP-FET?

Ans: Serial No : 1803008B2

They recommend to download and reinstalling USB drivers from: http://www.ti.com/tool/mspds

Dear Sir,

I Have Downloaded the driver setup file and my MSP FET Debugger is working fine.

But sometimes when the debugger is connected to PC and i remove the debugger cable device but other side is connected to PC than in debugger it glow red light

i.e, unknown device has found and Now when i tried to download the firmware then it shows failed to re-intialized Error.

please tell me how to solve this issue.

Ok. So with the USB drivers the tool was working.

Just to summarise your new problem:
1. Debugger is connected to PC and device
2. Removing cable from Debugger to device
--> Debugger: RED light --> failed to re-initialize

Questions:
1. Have you been running an active debugging session?
2. Have you had the chance to make ti work again?

so you only the the red light glowing on the MSP-FET, no green light, correct?

Did you already check the explanation of the LED signals?

You said "when i tried to again download the firmware" are you talking about application firmware on the target device or the MSP-FET firmware?

Please share what you try to attempt while you unplug the cable on target device side.

Dear Sir,

Mention below is the block diagram of my connection .

1) when i connect cable 1 to PC and debugger then green LED glows in  debugger  and then  i connect cable 2 to device and debugger

After this connection i have download the firmware to the device through debugger.

firmware downloaded to device successfully.

2) Now when i remove the cable 2 from device and debugger then Green LED is glowing.

But After sometimes Red Led turn ON.

After this connection i tried to download the firmware to the device through debugger

But Now i am getting error message that re-initialized failed in the firmware.

What LEDs are on at this point? 

Can you check in your device manager if the debugger is connected and found by the PC? Can you unplug the debugger from PC and try again?

Ans : In Device Manger ,
I am getting message like unknown device .
After third-fourth try i.e, unplug the cable from PC and then plugin the cable to the PC
i am getting message USB composite device.
