Dear team
My customer is using MSP432P401R LaunchPad (Rev 1.0 Black board). The PC showed nothing when he plugged MSP432P401R LaunchPad.
The debug LED LED 101/102 did not bright.
Originally, the device manager could display an exclamation mark, then the driver was downloaded and installed successfully, and then the lower version (emupack 6.0.83.1) of the driver was reinstalled.

Then it appeared that the device manager did not respond at all after plugging into the computer.
Please help.
Hi Susan,
1. How the customer get the Blackboard? It should be only available in TI.
2. Please see here, he doesn't connect the JTAG PIN, and I think he use a wrong JTAG switch.
3. From the picture, I am sure, the power(5V - 3.3V) is good. Can customer get a screenshot of his device manager, when he plug in and put the XDS110. Even it doesn't have a right driver, it should show an unknown device. If not, the hardware may be broken.
