Hello,

I want to select input cap for LM5116. I don't know how to choose. Can you help me? (Input 48VDC, Output 36VDC 13.5A)

As a good starting point, you can use 4 x 2.2uF 100V rated similar to the LM5116EVM.

This is also mentioned in Section 8.2.2.7 in the datasheet.
