The register address of MCU 1-0 in patch is:

#Define QOS_ MCU_ R5FSS0_ CORE0_ MEM_ RD 0x45d84000

#Define QOS_ MCU_ R5FSS0_ CORE0_ MEM_ WR 0x45d84800

The register address of MCU 2-0 that already exists in SPL is the same as the register address of MCU 1-0 above:

#Define QOS_ R5FSS0_ CORE0_ MEM_ RD 0x45d84000

#Define QOS_ R5FSS0_ CORE0_ MEM_ WR 0x45d84800

Is the register address of MCU 1-0 written incorrectly?

Sorry, that's mistake in the patch, can you please change the addresses as shown below?

#Define QOS_ MCU_ R5FSS0_ CORE0_ MEM_ RD 0x45d10000

#Define QOS_ MCU_ R5FSS0_ CORE0_ MEM_ WR 0x45d10400

This is as given in the TRM.
