Did you read this somewhere, please point me to the section.

The CPSW3G is a 3-port interface with 2 external ports and one internal ports connecting to the core.

Tou could use the 2 ports as independent MAC interface or as a switch.

Please refer the data sheet section shown below for the pin out description.

You could use the sysconfig for a quick check.

CPSW3G supports up to 2 RGMII.
Does it have independent MAC interfaces?
I'd like to know if CPSW3G HW IP design accepts to have 2 independent MAC address to communicate to each RGMII port.
And also, I'd like to know if TI SDK already support it.

Yes, the CPSW supports independent MAC addresses for each interface.
Details on which OS/processor has a CPSW driver can be found in the AM64x SW Build sheet (www.ti.com/.../sprcaj4)
