In the DDR package model (J784S4 DDR pkg s-param model 220302) , we did not find S-parameters of CKE signals, does it mean that there is no need to simulate CKE signals in LPDDR4 CA buses? Thanks,
The CKE signal of the LPDDR4 interface is generally static, only transitioning when entering / exiting low power modes. Along with the DDR reset signal, I do not think CKE would be necessary to simulate with the assumption that the layout / routing guidelines have been followed.
