AM6442: Update on CCS 12.7.1 - wrt ARM compiler ARM_20.2.7 (Win 10 "rectified"?, but Linux still not?)

Part Number: AM6442

Tool/software:

Info for  (+) Ki's Profile - Ki - TI E2E support forums   to please check -

Did an update on Windows 10 - it SEEMS that the ARM 20.2.7 compiler update "worked" ? see screenshot below

That line reads ARM 20.2.7 -- but not 20.2.7 LTS --- so I do not know if things are "rectified"?

On the other hand, on Linux, we still have the 20.2.6 versus 20.2.7 update failures.

I just checked the [EXT_EP-11766] CCS 12.7.x detects Arm 20.2.7 compiler update despite that version coming with CCS 12.7.x - Software Issue Report (SIR) (ti.com)  is still listed as unprioritized
