AM62L: Customer AM62L board how to choice QSPI Nand flash?

For the AM62L, the flash on the EVM is the tested part number.

We may not have a list of QSPI flash tested.

I will check if we have information on any alternate parts that we may have tested.

What I understand from other forum threads is that TI are not maintaining such list. Datasheet, TRM, and FAQ + E2E should be enough for choosing NAND flash. Still there some hints I found in the below threads:

I have two questions need you confirm show as following that:

1. QSPI nor flash should be choice OSPI/XSPI/SPI boot mode and there is the limitation that if flash size beyond 128Mb. OSPI flash must be connect REST pin?

2. OSPI nand flash should be use Serial Nand boot mode and there is no limitation that OSPI must be connect RESET PIN. Because some QSPI nand flash don't have hardware RESET PIN.

When the flash changes to 4 byte addressing and in case there is a condition where the flash is not accessible, the RESET pin of the memory can be used to recover in case a 2 input AND gate-based reset logic is implemented without power cycling the board.

Refer AM62L EVM implementation.

In case a reset pin is not used, power cycling is the option.

You could use serial nand flash provide the requirements in the below section are taken care.
