DDRAM3 512Mbyte 16 bits bus in one device ?

I didn't understand, reading from forum and documentation, if AM335x supports DDRAM3 512MBytes (4gbit 16 bits bus) in one device. It should be great help for routing.

Starter Kit is done with 256 Mbytes (2Gbit) chip. Maybe from some reason is not possible ?

Hi Semir,

The only restriction is that the DDRAM3 512MB (4Gb 16-bit) memory must be a single-die device, i.e. must have only one CS# input. The AM335X EMIF has only one chip select routed out.

Ok. thank you.

For example. our "candidate" is Micron MT41J256M16HA-125.

It has one CS and only difference, respecting 8 bit, is different page size
