AM4378 DDR3 memory Spec

Hi,

       In datasheet DDR3 800 is mentioned but in GP EVM MT41K512M8RH-125 is used which is DDR3 1600. PLease clarify this doubt

    Hi,

    In the AM437x Datasheet Rev. B it says that the DDR controller supports up to 400MHz clock, which corresponds to DDR3-800. However DDR timings are guaranteed only if DDR3-1600 (or higher) memory is used, as specified in Table 5-51.
