AM3352: DDR routing specification

Hi,

I would like to confirm the routing specification. It is described in "Table 7-66. CK and ADDR_CTRL Routing Specification" of AM3352 datasheet.

Does that mean a minimum of 4w from the center of the CK line to the center of the Other DDR3 line?

I would appreciate it if you would answer it.

Hi,

Yes, this is exactly what it means. There is also a Note (10) for this requirement: Center-to-center spacing is allowed to fall to minimum (w) for up to 1250 mils of routed length.

BTW, your datasheet is outdated. Make sure you use the latest datasheet (Rev. L).
