Is there a 64 bit CC studio 6.1?

When I download I get a 32 bit version for my 64 bit OS - which seems to work fine.

We have subcontractors in India, that insist they need a 64 bit version and the C2000 6.4 compiler as well, for some reason - do these even exist?

Hi,

No, we only have 32-bit versions of CCS for both Windows and Linux, and they have been working fine in 64-bit OSes for several years now.

C2000 compiler versions can be downloaded from the page below:
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Compiler_Releases

The only detail is that, if using Linux, they will have to follow some instructions to properly install 32-bit versions of the runtime support libraries.

Thank you for the quick response. I figured you didn't have a 64 bit version - I'll just have to tell the offshore group to try harder. They are using Win 7 64 bit, it shouldn't be an issue.

There is definitely no problem running CCS on 64-bit Win 7. Even if you think about emulation, still the drivers for 64 bit OS are available.
