Hi Aied, For GPIO, I would recommend ESD351. It is a 3.6 V unidirectional device with a 30 kV IEC 61000-4-2 ESD rating. Would this be sufficient for you? Regards, Matt Smith

Hi Will, ESDS302 should be able to work with I2C. A few other options with low clamping voltages would be ESD351 and TPD1E1B04 . What is the device needing protection? This can also determine which device to recommend. Please let me know if you have…

Hi Mr.Cameron, Thanks for the response. In this case, we are using 2 x 3V battery, the operating voltage is 6V. We cannot use ESD351 or ESD321 please recommend ESD diode for the same. Regards Ashok

Hi Matt, unfortunately TPD1E04U04 only has a 5.3 Vclamp rating at 1 A. At 16 A its rating from IO to GND is 8.9 V and this is higher than my ADC AMR. A quick comparison between TPD1E04U04 and ESD321 shows that at 16 A their Vclamp ratings are 8.9 and…
