Hi Aied,
For GPIO, I would recommend ESD351. It is a 3.6 V unidirectional device with a 30 kV IEC 61000-4-2 ESD rating. Would this be sufficient for you?

Matt Smith
Part Number: TMP1826 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AM2431 , ESD351 Hi Team,
we are going to use TMP1826 with AM2431 in bus powered mode.
Between the GPIO of AM2431 and SDQ in of TMP1826 we have up to 25m cable.
Please can you recommend the…
Part Number: SN74LVC2G34 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ESD351 Hi Team,
We are working with SN74LVC2G34 as a buffer for the TxD and RxD UART signals from the MCU to drive a cable between two boards separated by about 12 inches. The voltage is about…
Part Number: ADS124S08 Hello,
We intend to conduct EMC testing, which includes ESD on our temperature sensing device which consists of an RTD connected to an ADS124S08.
I was wondering if anyone knew the impact of connecting an ESD diode to ADC…
Hi Will,
ESDS302 should be able to work with I2C. A few other options with low clamping voltages would be ESD351 and TPD1E1B04 . What is the device needing protection? This can also determine which device to recommend.
Please let me know if you have…
Hi Mr.Cameron,
Thanks for the response. In this case, we are using 2 x 3V battery, the operating voltage is 6V. We cannot use ESD351 or ESD321 please recommend ESD diode for the same.

Ashok
Hi Matt,
unfortunately TPD1E04U04 only has a 5.3 Vclamp rating at 1 A. At 16 A its rating from IO to GND is 8.9 V and this is higher than my ADC AMR. A quick comparison between TPD1E04U04 and ESD321 shows that at 16 A their Vclamp ratings are 8.9 and…
Hi Kaveh,
We have a few recommendations for Ethernet and RS-232 interfaces.
For Ethernet, there are a few options: ESDS30x (this is either a 2 or 4 channel, unidirectional device with a 3.6 working voltage), ESDS31x (this is also either a 2 or 4 channel…
