Do I need to connect 3.3v to these pins vs

These pins are connected to Vdd2 pins inside the package

    Hi Archie,

    yes, all VDD pins must be connected and all with individual supply voltage decoupling caps. Only by this the parasitic inductances can be kept at a minimal level and optimum performance can be achieved Relaxed
