INA228-Q1: Sometimes not getting ACK through I2C

Part Number: INA228-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA228

In a power switching implementation using four INA228-Q1. When looping through the four chips to get their respective values we have noticed that one of the chips sometimes fails to answer with a ACK (I2C Acknowledge) while the other three have never been observed to fail communication.  No noise is observed on VS or GND of any of the chips. A0 and A1 of the chip are connected to GND giving it a (1000000x)bin address.

- Any pointers?
