tight accuracy Op Amp

Hi Experts,

Our customer is looking for Precision Op Amp with tight accuracy requirements. Please see details below:

1. Vos<1mv and low noise that can source 100mA to a 50 ohm load. 
2. The output reference uncertainity (u95%) shall be < +/- [0.1% FS] which is basically noise around the mean
3. The output reference static uncertainity (u99%) shall be < +/- [1% FS] which is basically offset of the mean
4. The output temperature coefficient uncertainity (u95%0 shall be < +/- [0.01%FS/deg C]
5. The output drift uncertainity (u95%) shall be <+/-[0.1%FS] over 10 years
6. I have to put a 50 ohm series termination on the output which goes to a coax cable and a 50 ohm load. I need to source current for that
