This device has open-drain outputs, so there is no V_OH.

V_OL(min) is 0 V.

This device has analog inputs, so there is no V_IL or V_IH.

why not having a look into the datasheet of TLC374? This will answer a lot of your questions.

What do you plan to do with the TLC374?

Thank you for the post. In addition to Clemens's comments, please refer to the datasheet here: Quadruple Differential Comparators datasheet (Rev. C). VOL is about 150 mV at IOL = 4mA at room temp.
