I need to know the delay between Vrs (voltage sampling of current sense resistor) to the output Vout.

Hi Haim,

please see the settling time specifications of datasheet. And keep in mind that increasing the load from 125k to 301k will furtherly increase the settling time.

You could try to run a TINA-TI simulation.
