AMPTEK INC are ending the production of Charge Sensitive Preamplifier & Discriminator.

This type of amplifier is not common, is there a reference that could closely ressemble to it ?

Hello Thomas,

We do not have an integrated charge sensitive preamplifier. But, you can create one simply using a suitable CMOS/FET VFB amplifier, switch, feedback resistor, and feedback capacitance for stability. What is the PD input capacitance, input current rise time, frequency, and electrons per light pulse?
