INA241B: what's the Internal resistor range of INA240B3 and INA240A3

Pls kindly share what's the internal resistor range of INA241B3 and INA241A3 in below figure? Or the resistor level, kohm or ten kohm?

Hello Severi,

The resistors are inside but this is a functional block diagram and there are other components inside. Why do you need to know the resistors? Maybe your questions are answered in the IB of the part shown in the datasheet.

The slope in figure 6-20 appears to be about 6.6 kΩ.

Please note that the internal resistors are not designed to have a specific absolute value, but to be accurately matched.

The inputs behave similar to a 6.6 kΩ resistor (see figure 6-20).
