Hello,

I have a question about the startup time of the device by controlling the PWDN pin of TRF37D73 and TRF37C75.

According to the data sheet, it is described that reaching 90% Pout after 0.6 μs when turning ON.

How much is the MAX time to reach 100% Pout?
Is it about twice the typical time?

It should take <40ns for the Pout to reach 100% from 90% Pout.

Yes. You should expect ~0.64 us for 50% TTL to 100% Pout of Turn on.

I think the following is correct.

"Toff" = PWDN (PowerDown) Pin Input: Low => High = RFOUT OFF
"Ton" = PWDN (PowerDown) Pin Input: High => Low = RFOUT ON

Yes. The one I have answered in Q1 and what you have pasted below is the same, and is the correct operation.

"Toff" = PWDN (PowerDown) Pin Input: Low => High = RFOUT OFF
"Ton" = PWDN (PowerDown) Pin Input: High => Low = RFOUT ON

The waveform in Q2 really shows the PWDN pin going from high to low, which means the RFOUT (or Pout) in the image is turning ON.
