Hi,

I want to program the LMK 04610 using the FPGA. Is there any order in which I have to write the register value?

do you have any sample program flow for the same?

Please follow section 9.5.1 in the datasheet.
The order of register programming does not matter, setting the register 0x0011 bit 0 =1 starts the startup sequence.
You can also use TICSpro to generate a register file (text) and program in that order.
