How to Properly Terminate Unused Channel Input Pins of Receiver IC?
While Referring Receiver IC Unused Input Pins there have Seen 2 Scenarios where both A & B Pins Terminated to Ground and in other scenario A to GND and B to VCC, Which is the best Practice? (In Both Scenario, Corresponding Y Output Pin is Floating)
Thanks Clemens for Response, But As the Page 3 Shows Pull Up/Down Resistor tied to VCC for A Input and GND for B Input.....Instead of Leaving Unused A/B as Open, If we need to tie them directly to VCC or GND....Is it advised to keep the A tied to VCC and B tied to GND? or Vice Versa?
