Hi Lenio,

I do not think the XIP from external flash is currently supported on AM263x. It will be supported on AM263P (with OptiFlash).

in this forum post it is said that the AM2634 can support XIP. Can you please clarify?

I am sorry for the incorrect information I have provided before (I have made the correct). The fact is that the AM263x DOES NOT support XIP from QSPI flash.
