Tool/software:
Hello,
I am designing with AM243x Sitara MCU, I have generated the syscfg file with the SysConfig Tool 1.22. I want to know how can I export a MCU Pin assignment list file for schematic designer to use?
Thanks,
Zhuying

The PinmuxConfigSummary.csv file should provide the details needed.

Hi Paul
Thanks very much for your reply.
I have tried with SysConfig Tool 1.22 (the latest revision), but I cannot figure out how to generate a PinmuxConfigSummary.csv file with it.
I saw another thread for the same question asked by others over 2 years ago. It mentioned that an TI internal issue MCUSDK-9653 has been filed to drive this feature in to the MCU+SDK. Now 2 years has passed, is there any progress on it? Does TI has plan to add the PinMux summary output feature for AM243x?
Regards,
Zhuying
Sounds like you are using the MCU+ SDK version of the tool. While there is a ticket filed to add this capability it is not yet implemented. There are challenges to this as the MCU+ SDK version is driver focused rather than pin focused. The base pinmux tool in SysConfig does proved an csv file of configured pins. There currently is not a method for sharing data between the tools.
