1. It has 2 pin SWD port, I don't know which debugger can support SWD now? Does Segger Jlink support now ?
2. It should configure BSL_PARAMS before going to BSL after go through reading SLAA659D. So from my understanding, it can't be programmed at the 1st time by BSL but JTAG, am I right? Thanks.

(1) The Segger link, 
, indicates that SWD is supported.
(2) The BSL is automatically invoked if the device is blank, it does not need to be programmed first. See BSL Invocation in http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/slau622f/slau622f.pdf#page=5 .
