Q: TPS62421 EN before Vin by 5904
I have a query on the TPS62421 part; in my design I have a cascade of regulators that all share the same ENABLE signal. So there is another regulator stage before the TPS62421 device and the TPS62421 EN pin will be driven high before Vin is applied. Can you foresee any problems with the EN being high/enabled before Vin is up and stable?

Pulling the TPS62420 EN pin higher than VIN violates the absolute maximum spec. It will be better if they ensure the abs max specs are met. Maybe they can use the output voltage of the other regulator to enable the TPS62421.
